Your privacy.
The short version: this website collects the bare minimum, doesn't track you and sells nothing to anyone. Here is the long version, as required by the GDPR and Spanish law LOPDGDD 3/2018.

02What data we process and why
There are only three ways you can give us data, and you start all three:
- The diagnostic (test + X-ray): we ask for your name, your email, your phone (so we can call or WhatsApp you) and your website's address. The name is used to address you on screen and to draft the messages you decide to send us on WhatsApp. The address is analysed on the spot. We store your data(name, email, phone, analysed website and diagnostic results) in the studio's database: it lets us send you the report and, if you accept, useful notes about your website. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email you receive.
- The quote calculator: when you ask for your plan by email, we store your email, your answers and the calculated plan to send it to you and, if you accept, useful weekly notes. Without that request, nothing leaves your device.
- Direct contact (email or WhatsApp): we process what you choose to tell us in order to reply and, if there's a commission, to prepare the quote and manage the project and its invoicing.
03Legal basis
- Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you use the diagnostic knowing this policy.
- Pre-contractual measures and contract (art. 6.1.b): when we talk about your project and if you commission work from us.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f): the site's technical security (server technical logs that do not identify people).
04Who we share data with
The bare minimum for the website to exist and work, and nothing else:
- Hosting: this website is served from Vercel Inc. infrastructure (USA), an international transfer covered by the applicable legal framework.
- Artificial intelligence: if you activate the AI report, the public text of the analysed website — and your name, to personalise the summary — is sent once to the NVIDIA (NIM) API solely to generate that text on the spot. If the AI is unavailable, the report is written by a local automatic system that sends nothing to third parties.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to write to us there; in that case its own privacy policy applies.
And the short list: we don't sell data, we don't hand data over for advertising, there are no brokers, there is no third-party analytics.
05How long we keep data
- Diagnostic and calculator: the diagnostic stores the data you give with consent; the calculator only if you request the plan by email.
- Commercial conversations: for as long as the relationship lasts and, if there are invoices, for the periods required by tax and accounting regulations.
06Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to gerard@webprodev.eu. Gerard, a private individual, will reply within one month at most. And if something doesn't seem right, you have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es · C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain).
07Automated decisions
The diagnostic generates an automatic report — part of which may be written with an AI model — for purely informative purposes. No automated decisions are made that produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you (art. 22 GDPR).
08Minors
The workshop's services are aimed at businesses. If you are under 14, do not use the tools or send us any data.
09Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if analytics were added, which today does not exist — this document will be updated, its review date will change and, where the change requires it, your consent will be requested again.
workshop note
These texts were drafted diligently following the GDPR, the LOPDGDD and the LSSI, and are published to inform you clearly. They do not replace professional legal advice: the tax details marked in brackets will be completed with the definitive registration, and the whole set will be reviewed with the advisor before launch.
