guide 01 — social media, no smoke

The algorithm doesn't hate you. It's a busy doorman.

What's actually rewarded, what most people do (and why it doesn't work for them) and what we do differently here. No viral promises: just craft.

01

First things first: what «the algorithm» is

It's not an enemy or an examiner: it's a doorman in a hurry. Its job is to show each person what they probably want to see, so they don't leave the app.

If your content entertains or helps the right people, the doorman lets you in. If not, you're left on the sidewalk — no malice: he has a thousand doors to mind.

02

What it rewards (and it's free)

No tricks, no paying to appear: the doorman only reads common-sense signals. These five:

  • Consistency: one good post a week, every week, beats seven in a day and a month of silence. The doorman trusts houses that open daily.
  • Video made for phones: vertical, short and subtitled — lots of people watch without sound, on the subway or in bed.
  • Trending sounds and formats, used wisely: it's borrowed reach, because the doorman already knows people stop to watch them.
  • Conversation: answering comments and messages tells the doorman the house is alive. Those who post and vanish slide down the list.
  • Being watched to the end: fifteen seconds that get finished beat two minutes that get abandoned.

what most people do

With love, but this is how an account stalls

  • A photo of the shop window whenever someone remembers — then weeks of nothing.
  • A story that expires after 24 hours and lives nowhere: work that evaporates.
  • The video of the shop's TV, filmed sideways, echo and all.
  • A 20 € «boost post» at the scary end of the month — with no base underneath, that's giving money away.
  • And after three weeks: «this social media thing doesn't work». It works — what doesn't work is asking hurry for the results of consistency.

The difference isn't talent or luck: it's method. The above costs effort and teaches the doorman nothing; our way costs about the same and teaches him everything.

What happens here, every month

One afternoon a month at your place: we film what you already do well, no movie scripts. That becomes four videos with subtitles, your logo and your tone — published on a calendar, never «when there's time».

Trends only if they suit your house (a clinic doesn't dance; a hair salon just might). You review everything before it goes out: nothing is published without your okay.

Meanwhile, the digital employee answers anyone who writes right away — even on a Sunday night.

What we won't promise you

Going viral isn't a plan: it's a happy accident. No honest person can guarantee you numbers — anyone who does is selling you smoke.

What we can promise is the measurable kind: a presence every week, a cared-for image that builds trust and a channel that always answers.

And so you don't have to take it on faith: /casos shows two real clients — the optician's website, measured with Google's public tool, with the measurement linked for you to check yourself.

if this helped

Shall we talk about your socials?

No strings attached and no weird sales call: you write, I (Gerard) answer, and if it doesn't fit I'll tell you just as plainly.
