How much a dental clinic website costs in Catalonia — real prices 2026

The question clinic owners ask me most, answered with the actual public price table, verified in August 2026.

The question clinic owners ask me most isn't «will you build me a website?». It's «what will it really cost me?». Short answer: in Catalonia, a dental clinic website done properly costs between €600 and €2,000 up front, plus €80-200/month if someone takes care of it. The range is too wide to decide on; that's why this post is the full table with public prices, verified this August.

The real table (August 2026)

Public «from» prices, taken from each provider's website this month. When they don't publish, I say so: not publishing a price is also data.

dental clinic website, entry (one-off unless stated)

  • Comprarunaweb — €249
  • LocalWebStudio — from €250 (72 h)
  • WebDentalPro — €490 / €790 / €1,490
  • Updent — from €995
  • Ilernetwork / Negoclik — from €1,200
  • WebProDev — €1,200
  • Sayonara — from €2,000

Source: public prices on each website, August 2026. «From» = cheapest plan. WebDentalPro adds €20/month; Sayonara, SEO from €325/month.

And those that don't publish: DOCMEDIA, Prismadent, Aesinergy and PubliDental don't show a price. It's not a legal flaw — it's a business decision: they want the price to come up in a call, not in a comparison. You decide whether that gives you more or less confidence.

Where €1,200 sits

€1,200 as a one-off is the mid-to-high band of the Spanish dental market (the 2026 consensus is €600-2,000). It's neither cheap nor expensive: it's the point where what's included stops being a page and starts being a bookings machine: online booking with one finger, a 24/7 assistant with your prices and your schedule, local SEO for your city, an optimised Google profile, structured data for Google and the AIs. And a guarantee no one else publishes: if it doesn't score 90/100 on Google's public tool within three weeks, you don't pay.

The second number: care

A website is delivered; a website is cared for. The market standard is €80-200/month; the €100/month in plan B sits inside it, which is exactly why you should know what it buys: hosting, security, content changes and a monthly report of how many bookings the website brought. When someone charges you €20/month they're not caring for your website: they're renting you hosting and forgetting about you.

Before signing a care plan, make sure it says in writing that it includes:

  • Monthly measurement — speed and accessibility, with Google's public tool.

  • Content changes — hours, prices, promotions — without charging per edit.

  • Security and backups — updates, backups and a plan if something breaks.

  • The exit — your data and your website export if you leave. If not, it's not yours.

  • What is NOT normal: — not knowing who maintains it, when, or what they do.

A website isn't measured by what it costs: it's measured by the bookings it brings. A website that fails on mobile costs you 2-3 patients a month; at €150-250 per new patient, that's €300-750/month of revenue that never comes in.

The rental model (€99-399/month)

Neuraweb (€99/199/399 per month) and others sell the website as a subscription: no entry fee, you pay every month. It's not a scam: it's a legitimate model with a different economy. Over three years, €99/month is €3,564 — more than €1,200 one-off; over six months, renting works out cheaper. The question isn't «which is cheaper», it's «do you want the website to be yours or do you prefer not to think about it». Neither answer is silly; what's silly is not knowing which one you're signing.

What nobody tells you in the quote

The deadline: a clinic website done properly takes 3-8 weeks; the «72 hours» exist and it shows. The content: whoever charges you €250 doesn't write your clinic's copy — they ask you for it. And the integration: if you already use Gesden, Clinic Cloud or Nubimed, the website must talk to your calendar — ask before signing whether the provider has ever done it.
