How much does a website cost in 2026 (real prices, no small print)

The most searched — and worst answered — question on the Spanish internet. Here are the numbers, with names and surnames.

Ask Google "how much does a website cost" and you'll find fourteen articles saying "it depends" and not a single figure. Since I also charge for websites, I'll give you the numbers twice: the market's and mine. If mine don't convince you, at least you leave knowing what's expensive and what isn't.

In Barcelona, agencies move at the top of each range. And maintenance is usually another invoice: €30–100 a month, when it exists.

Distrust anyone who doesn't publish their prices: most of the time it means the price depends on how much they think you can pay.

what really makes a quote more expensive — and what shouldn't

  • Many different pages — one is not the same as fifteen.

  • Custom features — bookings, shop, client area.

  • Languages — each one multiplies copy, SEO and maintenance.

  • "SEO" — correct titles, speed and structured data should come included in any serious website — not sold as an extra.
